Webmaster
The webmaster, Jeff Carter, is not an elected member of the board of directors, nor is contracted by the board of directors. Jeff has freely volunteered his time and talent to the maintenance of this website since 2004. Expect to see an expenditure to appear on the annual income and expense sheet for reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses invoiced.
