Most general and specific restrictions or requirements covered in Article IV of the CC&Rs is now governed by specific city ordinances, including but not limited to restrictions on temporary structures, unscreened vehicles or equipment, unsightly objects, nuisances, parking, and various other restrictions or requirements. Violators may be cited or ticketed by city or county law enforcers that patrol the area. Neighbors can report offences in person by visiting City Hall and completing the appropriate form. Alternatively, call Kuna City Police at 922-5743 to request an officer respond to general complaints (dial 911 for emergencies). Consider talking to your neighbors first… they may be unaware of certain issues governed by the CC&Rs or city ordinances that they can promptly remedy, and they will probably be thankful to you for your candor.
